Hi! My name is Zharmaine Nicdao, business manager and co-founder of Business Buddies PH. I am your passionate virtual assistant, social media manager, and friendly virtual buddy at your service.

I've been in business management for more than ten years. I manage the marketing and organization of a health maintenance organization (HMO) health insurance agency as Agency Manager for more than five years. I have a professional degree in entrepreneurship and franchise management. And I recently had my certification as a virtual assistant, social media, and project management by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) PET Program for small business entrepreneurs. In line with this, I also took a course as an Exemplary Freelancer, General Virtual Assistant in Filipino Virtual Assistant (FVA) Academy.

As your freelance virtual assistant, I can help you understand business operations. My expertise in small business planning and operation, including business development, basic financial management, sales and marketing strategy, and advertising, will help me understand the business concerns and assist our clients in finding solutions to their problems. I have a passion for marketing, and it is my philosophy to develop a customer-centered business organization.
